Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Prime Palmetto Cleaning Solutions. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the expectations, responsibilities, and protections for both parties to ensure a transparent and consistent client experience.
1. Contract Term & Renewal
This agreement begins on the date signed by both parties and remains in effect for an initial twelve (12) month term. It will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless either party provides written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.
2. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and are due within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt (Net 15). Late payments are subject to a $35 fee or a 1.5% monthly finance charge—whichever is greater. Services may be suspended if payment is more than 30 days overdue.
3. Deposit
A 30% deposit is required upon contract signing to initiate services. This amount will be credited toward the first invoice. Separate deposits may apply for additional services requested after the initial contract.
4. Booking Policy
To ensure reliable service delivery, the following booking policies apply:

New service requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Clients must provide access instructions, parking details, and any necessary clearances before the service date.

Recurring clients may request schedule adjustments with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If a scheduled service cannot be completed due to access issues (e.g., locked doors, active alarms), the visit will be billed at 50% of the service rate.

Emergency bookings made under 24 hours may incur a rush fee of $50 or 20% of the service total, whichever is greater.
5. Cancellations & Scheduling Changes
Clients may cancel or adjust their appointments with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. Missed appointments due to access issues will also incur this fee.
6. Refund Policy
We stand behind our work and offer a Satisfaction Guarantee (see Section 13). However, because we offer labor-based services:

No refunds will be issued for completed services unless a verified service failure occurs and the client declines a no-cost re-clean.

Prepaid services canceled 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or future service credit.

Cancellations under 24 hours are not refundable.

Deposits for recurring service contracts are non-refundable once services begin but may be applied toward outstanding balances or early termination fees if applicable.
7. Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice following the initial contract term. If the client terminates early without cause during the active term, they are responsible for the greater of one full month’s payment or a pro-rated balance of the remaining contract value.
8. Insurance & Liability
Prime Palmetto Cleaning Solutions is licensed, bonded, and insured:

Workers’ Compensation Insurance (as required in South Carolina)
We assume liability for damages caused by employee negligence, but are not liable for pre-existing issues or unreported incidents beyond 24 hours of service.
9. Safety & Compliance
Our team follows OSHA, EPA, and CDC guidelines for safe and effective cleaning. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request. Clients must inform us in advance of any hazardous materials or restricted zones.
10. Supplies & Equipment
We provide all standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Eco-friendly or fragrance-free products are available upon request. If restroom consumables (e.g., paper products or soap) are to be provided by Prime Palmetto, charges will appear on the monthly invoice with a 10% handling fee.
11. Access Requirements
Clients agree to provide safe, reliable access to all areas outlined in the agreement. If alarm codes, keys, or access cards are provided, Prime Palmetto will protect and handle all credentials with strict confidentiality and care.
12. Confidentiality Clause
All employees are required to sign non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements. Any personal, private, or sensitive information encountered during service will be treated with the utmost discretion and never shared or tampered with.
13. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the specified area(s) at no additional charge. This guarantee applies only to service complaints reported within 24 hours of completion.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform services when delayed or prevented by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or labor disputes.
15. Website Use & Content
All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Prime Palmetto Cleaning Solutions. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any materials without express written consent.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
